In every raid content, there is a Best-in-Slot (BiS). In DRS, the BiS is obtaining Augmented Bozjan gear only. Materia melding or preferred stats are not applied due to the unique item level sync. If you like to go in with fully augmented gear, you will have to spend enough time in Bozja's Castrum to farm all the Bozjan Coins needed for your entire set.
Augmented Bozjan Gear grant a Haste buff that only applies in God Saves the Queen content and it is easily mistaken for the Eurekan gear sets. Haste found in Eureka gears will not affect DRS, and vice versa. So make sure you're equipped with the correct gear sets if you wish to get the BiS in DRS.

All gears are synced to i430 regardless of what you are currently equipped with as long as you are within the Save the Queen areas. You may wear iLevel 1 gears and it will be sync to i430.
Classes like Conjurer (WHM) and Thaumaturge (BLM) may choose to equip a 1H-weapon accompanied by a shield, for further defense bonuses that are not offered with a 2H-weapon.

Location: Bozjan Southern Front ( 15.3 , 29.9 )
To obtain Bozjan Gear, you need to speak to the Resistance Supplier and trade your Bozjan Coins into any gear. The Bozjan Coins can be earned by successfully completing Critical Engagement or obtained from chests within Castrum Lacus Litore.
Note: Materia does not work in Save the Queen Areas

Do not be confused with the Haste buff that is also found in the Eurekan gears. Whilst it is the same benefit, Eureka's Haste does not apply in Save the Queen Areas. Therefore, by obtaining a gear that has Haste, is considered your Best-in-Slot (BiS) gears.

The only way to obtain these catalysts is by clearing the different fight phases within Delubrum Reginae (Savage) only. Upon clearing a Boss fight, the chest may contain either a Runner's Plating (a higher rate) or a Runner's Secret (a lower rate).
By accumulating up to x10 Plating, you may exchange for a Runner's Secret.

Once you have obtained all three required items respectively, speak with the Resistance Supplier in Gangos (by the beach area) for your upgrade. You will need a Bozjan Gold Coin to purchase the base pieces: Law Order's, which can also be exchanged from him.

At Rank 15, You will have a Holster Space of 70.
At Rank 25, You will have a Holster Space of 99.

Ever since Zadnor was introduced in patch 6.55, Lost Actions and the newly implemented Honour make clearing DRS a lot smoother and easier. This means even not having the BiS Haste gear sets, the raid can meet the DPS checks on each encounter.

Yes, it is more than enough. Haste status reduces your GCD, reduced GCD means you hit more often, hitting more often means you deal more damage, more damage is always a good thing in raids.

Yes, you may. It is very easy to obtain the Bozjan Earring. Appraising 1,000 Forgotten Fragments sounds daunting, however, to prepare your cache from Fresh to Clear, you should be appraising that many Forgotten Fragments or more. All players attempting DRS should have already unlocked the Bozjan Earrings.

The Resistance Weapons do not have the God Save the Queen's Haste status. Therefore, you do not need a Resistance Weapon. You can bring any glowy weapon of your class! WHM and BLM, you have the option to bring a 1H Weapon & and Shield for extra defense. Eureka content and God Save the Queen content are both separate an independent, the Haste only applies to the relevant areas.
