Healers are essential in any raid content. Here in DRS, Healers are the only Role that can normally resurrect dead players. In this community, our healers must be equipped with utility spells that will be required in different Boss fights throughout the encounter.
Pure Essence of the Divine + Lost Arise. Resurrection through regular raise spells all does not work in DRS.. With Pure Essence, Lost Arise gains a 20% chance of success. With that said, should a Healer use Lost Arise without the Pure, all cast will miss.
Healer's Lost Arise (Pure Essence - 20% success chance)
Tank's Lost Sacrifice (Pure Essence - 100% success raise, 20% chance will not be Doom)
Resistance Reraiser (Item - 70%)
Lost Reraise (Action - 80%)
Healer LB3 (Healer needs to be alive for this)
Healers are allocated with the following set of Lost Actions:
Boss2 4kids - Spellforge or Steelsting
Boss2, Minotaur, Boss4 Queen - Lost Reflect or Light Curtain
Phantom - Lost Banish III (Team A H1)
Pure Essence of the Divine
Lost Arise
Resistance Reraiser
Lost Arise - Forgotten Fragment of Compassion (BSF & Zadnor Mobs)
Lost Spellforge - Forgotten Fragment of Ingenuity (BSF z2 Star Ranks or Bozjan Cluster)
Lost Steelsting - Forgotten Fragment of Ingenuity (BSF z2 Star Ranks or Bozjan Cluster)
Lost Reflect - Forgotten Fragment of Support (BSF & Zadnor z3 Sprites)
Light Curtain - Forgotten Fragment of Moonlight (Zadnor z2 mobs)
Lost Seraph Strike - Forgotten Fragment of Divination (Bozjan Clusters)
Lost Chainspell - Forgotten Fragment of Artistry (Zadnor z2 Star Ranks)
Lost Banish III - Forgotten Fragment of Caution (Bozjan Cluster)
When the organizer announced the confirmation of the roster, everyone needs to be familiarized with the assignment given. I'm going to focus on specifically the Healer's holster assignment. Healers primary role remains as a supportive approach with tons of Lost Actions to bring for the entire raid. Different part of the fight will require a healer swapping their secondary action slot for Lost Actions to handle the mechanics of the fight.
Pay attention to the rooms assigned to. Every player is assigned to one room. Healer and Tank pair should be aware of their positions too.
Unlike in Slimes, only Healer and Tanks are assigned to rooms. DPSes in Golems focus fire on a single golem before moving on to the next.
In this case, the spreadsheet only shows 2 fights, Trash #1 and Boss #2. So what Lost Actions are allocated in between? Different parts of the fight have unique Lost Actions to be prepared ahead of time. In this case, Boss #1 and Trash #2 - Dahu, there are no major mechanics that require special attention. Thus, you may slot any Lost Action in Boss #1 and Trash #2 that can contribute with the overall raid damage for the fight.

When killing B2
Both healers should have Lost Spellforge or Steelsting in their holster upon entry.
B2 have three phases.

P3 - H1 use Reflect (item or Lost Action) [Soft Enrage]
P3 - H2 can stick with Arise
Hybrid Jobs: these Jobs have skill(s) with the opposite damage type to their role. PLD, DRK, NIN, RPR, BRD, RDM. Healers should always apply buff based on the mechanic.

Primary Action: Lost Arise (Mandatory)

All Healers are paired with a Tank, except Team C H2 will be paired with D1 taking on North Soldier in Slimes.
Team A and B healers will take turns pull a green slime into each room to a big green slime.
Team C Healers will take the North and South soldiers, paired with a Tank or Melee to heal and DPS. They may assist rooms by damaging on a tethered red slime.
All Healers are paired with a Tank.
Team D Healers will need to standby to Esuna after Blue Golem uses a Tank Buster.
Each time a Golem dies, the remaining bicolored golems will gain a stacking damage buff. Healers should assist healing the main tank in White Room.
No special role. Dodge and don't get hit.
Only Team A Healer will swap a skill for Lost Banish III. All other Healers just DPS.
Misty Wrath will spawn and will be required to be healed to full. Benediction or regular healing works.
All H2 prepare for Reflect duty for Ball of Fire.
Remember to apply Reflect first before going near a Ball of Fire
Before killing Trash 2 - Dahu,
Avoid allocating: Lost Reflect, Lost Spellforge/Steelsting
Instead allocate: either Lost Seraph Strike or Lost Chainspell
Healers do not need to assign Boss 2 actions upon entry. Instead of being stingy, please practice using essential Lost Actions to help with DPS contribution. Veteran Healers always assign either Lost Seraph Strike or Chainspell from start to finish. This alleviates DPS-checks in each boss fight.
The priority of the Healers in DRS content is mainly to use Lost Arise on dead DPS. The total damage output by a DPS should be higher than a Healer. The Healers are our utility members, carrying an essential role in different segments of the fight. Be sure to read up the guides before attempting any progress level of the fight.
No specific responsibility.
Do not greed, dodge all mechanics.
Prioritize on raising dead players instead of dealing damage.
Secondary Action: Lost Spellforge / Steelsting
H1 - Use Lost Spellforge
H2 - Use Lost Steelsting
Prioritize application of this spell on DPS > Tank > Healer
Apply this spell on a player who just revived, if needed.
Healers may choose to swap Lost Spellforge / Steelsting for Lost Arise if needed.
Spiritual Sphere: H1 must swap to Lost Reflect, or use the item Light Curtain.
Primary Lost Action: Lost Arise.
This boss fight has several mechanics that are very crucial in handling. Please read the guide for more info.
During Staff weapon phase, Healers are not allowed to use Lost Arise.
May have to use Healer LB3 if the majority of the party members are dead.
All H2 must have Lost Reflect or Light Curtain ready throughout the fight. Their other Lost Action should be Lost Arise.
Reflect is mandatory in this fight, and it will be used for 2 mechanics. Without enough Reflect, the alliance will wipe.
First, healers' overall DPS regardless of ideal rotation will always be lower than that of a DPS. If they successfully raise a DPS, that player will easily out-damage any Healer. B3 and beyond have a big DPS check and players need to prioritize raising any members.
Second, the main reason why Healers in DRS are to use Lost Arise. So Healers should stop hitting the boss and focus on raising players between mechanics unless the shot caller informs of the "no-raise" window.
