Forgotten Fragment of Compassion is very crucial in DRS as it contains up to 4 Lost Actions that can be used, mainly Lost Arise. Healers must prepare enough Lost Arise for the entire day's worth of raiding. Lost Arise consumption is insanely high since it is not a 100% chance the healer's cast will succeed. This means, that preparing a holster fill with 5-7 stacks is the most important requirement for any Healer practising in DRS.
This location is found in the 3rd zone of Zadnor, near the Hrmovir Point. These are the golems random players often pull into Skirmishes.

There are many ways to do it, but I'm going to suggest the most effective way.
2 Tanks / 2 Heals / 4 Physical DPS.
2 Tanks / 2 Heals / 4 Physical DPS.
Have each tank to take turns pulling 3-4 golems into the cluster while the healer and physical DPS just focus on their own roles.
Tanks: Essence of the Guardian
Healers: Essence of the Aetherweaver/Templar (no Profane). Essence of Watcher + Impetus.
Phy. DPS: Essence of the Beast (mainly to activate FOP on using Assassination)
With optimal DPS and almost no deaths, the loot can be as high as 300-500 Compassion fragments in an hour duration.

Tanks: Banner of Firm Conviction. Additional defense for 2 minutes.
Healers: Essence of the Watcher + Impetus = 10% increased evasion for 60s. Lost Protect II for more defensive, Lost Bubble for additional HP.
DPS: Lost Assassination (compulsory, bring extra 1 charge).
Avoid Lost Paralysis III, we like them to cast the entire Isle Drop mainly because their butt will be exposed for us to snipe the Lost Assassination.
The location is easy to spot, it is right in front of the Aethernet. These are the golems that Skirmish chases often pull aggro from.

Essence of the Beast + Lost Assassination = Font of Power for approx 30s. Lost Assassination may instantly kill a target if the skill is used in the rear. Yes, it's dangerous when a Lalafell walks behind you.
If forming a party of 8 is a challenge, you could consider opening up to Cluster Farming too. Earning some clusters would be a good alternative to stock up on the Pure Essences. So it'll be a win-win for all the members involved.
