A Ranged DPS is the second utility Role, that covers on Perception of hidden traps and Dispelling of certain buffs in both Minotaur and Boss 4. They also have the flexibility to play as a Supportive role or a DPS loadout.
Pure Essence of the Fiendhunter + Lost Cure II. Lost Cure II casts MP Refresh on target, while inflicting a stackable slow on the caster. The slow can be negated with a +3 Haste earring at least. The damage lost is not as significant but Lost Cure II will enable roles like Healer and Caster who can use Lost Action with heavy MP usage.
All Ranged may consider the following:
Lost Cure II - an MP refresh buff on the target, whilst getting a stackable slow debuff. The slow is negated if you have +3 Haste from the Earring.

All assigned Ranged must swap their secondary action to Lost Dispel. This is important because from this trash till the final boss, dispel is needed.

If a party has 2 Ranged DPS, the second Ranged may use Lost Dervish on an alternaing cast. This allows the entire party to have Dervish buff uptime throughout the encounter.
Keep Lost Dervish on cooldown.
If on Lost Dispel duty, After lightning orbs have been reflected and shield goes up, Dispel the Queen. (Total of 6 Dispels needed from the raid)
Using Lost Dispel on the Queen is mandatory for all assigned Ranged.
