A Healer's holster can be very complex, but most of the Lost Actions are pretty much the same. Your main responsibility is to use Lost Arise, preferably during combat while maintaining to dodge mechanics through the encounter. A Healer's damage dealt is often lower than an average DPS and they should prioritize picking up the KO players. When you have been selected as a Healer, please know that you are expected to use Lost Arise.
Pure Essence of the Divine + Lost Arise = 20% chance Lost Arise will succeed upon raising the target.
(Utility) Lost Spellforge / Lost Steelsting. This is a compulsory Lost Action for Boss 2.
(Utility) Lost Reflect or Light Curtain. This is also compulsory for Boss 2.
(DPS) Lost Seraph Strike. A gap closer, increases damage by 60%, and reduced healing potency by 60% while reducing the target's accuracy by 10%. It Consumes 5,000 MP.
(DPS) Lost Chainspell. Increases damage and MP cost per spell while eliminating cast time.
(Item) Resistance Ether Kit. To help with MP management.
As a Healer, you do not need to prepare an Essence for the first Trash fight. This is to keep your holster with sufficient capacity for raid utility actions based on your assignment. Prepare sufficient quantity of the following:
At least x6 Lost Arises. If you can pack more, that will be great!
x3 ~ 4 Resistance Reraiser. Modify this as necessary.
x1 Pure Essence of the Divine. Without this, Lost Arise will not work.
Since Lost Arise should be allocated into the first action slot, here are some suggestions on the second slot:
(DPS) Lost Seraph Strike
(DPS) Lost Chainspell
Lost Spellforge / Lost Steelsting. You do not need them in Boss 1
Lost Reflect. You do not need this in Boss 1.
This is what a Spellforge Healer holster looks like after jumping off to Golems/Slimes. If you need to renew your previous duty action charges, do it by the Cache.
Additional Lost Arises
Additional Resistance Reraiser
Resistance Ether Kit. Add if necessary.
More details can be found here. Go check out which would you prefer: Item or Lost Action.
Unlike a Spellforge Healer in general, Steelsting Healers for a Fresh look has more vacant slots to consider bringing extra Lost Action for the raid.
Do not mistake this for a B3 prog holster. Some actions were not included for this guide.
Team A's H2 (Steelsting), has an additional Lost Action to bring along, and that is Lost Banish III. If your progress team successfully clear Boss 2, you will move onto the 3rd Trash - Phantom and this is to be applied on it to deal more damage.
Lost Banish III (compulsory for Team A's H2)
Additional Lost Arise
Additional Resistance Reraisers.
Resistance Ether Kit. Add if necessary.
Shotcallers, also known as moderators, will announce the usage of when to use Pure Essence and Reraiser.
Do not use Pure Essence and Reraiser by the cache. Failing the mechanics will require everyone to die to re-instance.
Prepare in your Cache the following:
Check that you have your assigned actions(Aethershield/Perception) !
At least 4 Resistance Reraisers. These items last for the entire lockout and only consume after KO.
