Going as a Fresh Tank, your main goal is familiarizing with the Trash mechanics for both Slimes and Golems. In terms of holster preparation, your setup is more lenient in terms of the capacity used. Since Boss 1 and 2 raidwides can be survived with basic mitigation and post-healing, mitigative Lost Action like Lost Aethershield is not a priority yet.
Pure Essence of the Indomitable + Lost Sacrifice = 20% chance Doom may not be inflicted while granting 100% success on raising the target.
Lost Sacrifice is another alternative to Raise players, however, due the 100% success rate, we leave this to an emergency situation. Leave this action in your holster and only activate it when you really need to. (ex, both your Healers are dead and your team needs a Healer LB3).
(Buff) Lost Bubble. This gives additional HP and can be a great help with Boss 1. This skill becomes optional when everyone starts using Pure Essence.
(DPS) Lost Font of Power. Increases damage and critical hit.
(DPS) Banner of Honored Sacrifice. Increases damage while inflicted with HP drain. As a Tank, you can survive the HP drain.
(DPS) Banner of Noble End. Increases damage while preventing you from receiving any heals.

Lost Bubble. For more HP
Lost Sacrifice. In case you need to raise both dead healers for Healer LB3.
(Deep) Essence of the Martialist: deals more damage. Unable to take shared tank buster.
(Deep) Essence of the Guardian: increases HP and defense. Able to take shared tank buster.
As a Tank, you should familiarize yourself with soaking shared Tank Buster as part of your personal handling of the mechanics. Since most players are using defensive essences, the enrage will happen. From the organizer's point of view, the first look into Boss 1 is already a bonus experience for fresh players.
After experiencing Boss 1 for the first time, all members will be required to use Pure Essence as a mandatory Essence. Pure Essence is required to clear Delubrum Reginae (Savage).
Lost Font of Power - increases damage dealt by 30% and critical rates by 40%. There are no drawbacks to this buff.
Banner of Noble Ends - Increases damage by 50%. The drawback is during this buff, you will not receive any heals.
Banner of Honored Sacrifice - Increases damage by 55%. The drawback is during this buff, your HP will be drained. As a Tank, this HP drain is survivable.

Lost Sacrifice. As a Fresh, for now you should focus on learning the mechanics. As you are more stable, it would be ideal to bring 1 Lost Sacrifice when you need to do a clutch raise.

**Lost Dispel. Upon clearing Boss 1, the raid will see Boss 2. Two tanks: Team D and Team E have a Tank to bring along Lost Dispel. This skill is crucial for reducing damage on certain raidwides. Check the assignment for more info.
On raid day, there is a chance your alliance may clear Boss 1, proceeding on to experiencing Boss 2. Lost Dispel becomes a crucial ability that are assigned to Tanks. Refer to our Boss 2 guide for more info.

For Fresh runs: Do not use Pure Essence and Reraiser by the cache. Failing the mechanics during Slimes/Golems will require everyone to die and re-instance.
